Autoridades civiles y militares conmemoraron el aniversario luctuoso n\u00famero 101 del general Rafael Buelna Tenorio \u201cEl Granito de Oro\u201d, con un izamiento de bandera a media asta y con honores de ordenanza en la plaza c\u00edvica de Palacio de Gobierno.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tras finalizar este acto, las autoridades presentes se desplazaron hacia la Rotonda de los Sinaloenses Ilustres, en donde se llev\u00f3 a cabo una guardia de honor y semblanza del general Buelna Tenorio.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">En representaci\u00f3n del gobernador, el Dr. Rub\u00e9n Rocha Moya, encabez\u00f3 la Lcda. Ana Francis Chiquete Elizalde, Secretaria de las Mujeres del Estado, acompa\u00f1ada por la diputada Geraldine Bonilla Valverde, el presidente del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia Jes\u00fas Iv\u00e1n Ch\u00e1vez Rangel, la titular de la Secretar\u00eda de las Mujeres de Culiac\u00e1n, Lcda.
