margin: 20px auto;\" \/><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Culiac\u00e1n, Sinaloa, a 31 de diciembre del 2024.- El gobernador del estado, Rub\u00e9n Rocha Moya, anunci\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de la Direcci\u00f3n de Inteligencia de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica, durante el 2025.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El mandatario reconoci\u00f3 que no se tiene un presupuesto asignado para ello, pero destac\u00f3 la relevancia de dicho \u00f3rgano, el cual permitir\u00e1 a los polic\u00edas, realizar un trabajo m\u00e1s integral sobre todo en el tema de la investigaci\u00f3n, como es el caso de las personas desaparecidas.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Rocha Moya insisti\u00f3 en que, la Direcci\u00f3n de Inteligencia, no ser\u00e1 un aparato m\u00e1s sino que ser\u00e1 un \u00e1rea con la capacidad de judicializaci\u00f3n ante las instancias correspondientes y que los elementos no s\u00f3lo funjan como primeros respondientes, tal y como ya opera a nivel nacional la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
