font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de los Derechos Humanos dio inicio a una investigaci\u00f3n&nbsp;con motivo de los hechos violentos que han venido registr\u00e1ndose desde hace d\u00edas en diversas sindicaturas del norte del municipio de Culiac\u00e1n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">En ese sentido, se emitieron medidas precautorias o cautelares<span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">&nbsp;al Secretario General de Gobierno del Estado de Sinaloa y al Presidente Municipal de Culiac\u00e1n, a fin de que realicen de manera inmediata acciones correspondientes para garantizar la vida, integridad y seguridad de todas las personas que se encuentran en la zona donde se han venido suscitando hechos violentos, as\u00ed como para salvaguardar los derechos de las v\u00edctimas de esos acontecimientos.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Estas medidas deber\u00e1n implementarse por el tiempo que se requiera, con el prop\u00f3sito de&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">prevenir o evitar la consumaci\u00f3n irreparable de violaciones a los derechos humanos o la producci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os de dif\u00edcil o imposible reparaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por \u00faltimo, este organismo p\u00fablico aut\u00f3nomo solicit\u00f3 que todas las acciones realizadas por las distintas autoridades se lleven a cabo con pleno respeto a los derechos humanos reconocidos en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y en los tratados internacionales incorporados al orden jur\u00eddico mexicano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
