por votar y actuar en contra de lo establecido en la agenda legislativa, social y&nbsp;&nbsp;pol\u00edtica del proyecto de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Se lleg\u00f3 a esta decisi\u00f3n por resultar evidente, que el mencionado legislador no comparte el proyecto, la estrategia y la agenda legislativa del Grupo Parlamentario de Morena; mismos que toman su sustento en los documentos b\u00e1sicos del partido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Por no representar los valores de Morena y de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n, se le ha separado de la bancada con el fin de seguir legislando para el bienestar de los sinaloenses, y cumplir as\u00ed con el compromiso adquirido ante la sociedad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
