margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"images\/2019\/agosto\/afectados.PNG\" alt=\"afectados\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ante la oportuna solicitud de Emergencia hecha por el Gobernador de Sinaloa Quirino Ordaz Coppel, el Gobierno Federal a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana emiti\u00f3 este d\u00eda la Declaratoria de Emergencia para cinco municipios de Sinaloa afectados por las lluvias ocasionadas por la Tormenta Tropical \u201cIvo\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La Coordinaci\u00f3n Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n Civil del Gobierno Federal en su bolet\u00edn n\u00famero BDE-028-2019 public\u00f3 que a partir de esta Declaratoria de Emergencia, solicitada por el Gobierno de Sinaloa, se contar\u00e1n con insumos para atender las necesidades alimenticias, de abrigo y salud de la poblaci\u00f3n afectada por las lluvias e inundaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Los cinco municipios de Sinaloa que integran la Declaratoria de Emergencia son:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2022 Rosario, por la presencia de lluvia severa e inundaci\u00f3n pluvial, ocurrida el d\u00eda 21 de agosto de 2019;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2022 Mazatl\u00e1n y Elota por lluvia severa e inundaci\u00f3n pluvial, el d\u00eda 22 de agosto del a\u00f1o en curso;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2022 Guasave, por inundaci\u00f3n pluvial el d\u00eda 22 de agosto;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2022 Mocorito por lluvia severa ocurrida el 22 de agosto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Con esta acci\u00f3n se activan los insumos del Fondo para la Atenci\u00f3n de Emergencias (FONDEN).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
