{"id":11748,"date":"2019-08-13T01:08:06","date_gmt":"2019-08-13T01:08:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/visionciudadana.com.mx\/prueba\/2019\/08\/13\/sat-embarga-a-interjet-por-deudas-fiscales\/"},"modified":"2019-08-13T01:08:06","modified_gmt":"2019-08-13T01:08:06","slug":"sat-embarga-a-interjet-por-deudas-fiscales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/visionciudadana.com.mx\/oficial\/2019\/08\/13\/sat-embarga-a-interjet-por-deudas-fiscales\/","title":{"rendered":"SAT embarga a Interjet por deudas fiscales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"images\/2019\/agosto\/interje.jpg\" alt=\"interje\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) embarg\u00f3 a la aerol\u00ednea Interjet como medida para forzar el cobro de deudas fiscales de los a\u00f1os 2013 y 2017.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El SAT, a trav\u00e9s de la Administradora Desconcentrada de Recaudaci\u00f3n local, busca retener el 10% de todos los ingresos en efectivo de la aerol\u00ednea para destinarlos al pago de impuestos pendientes, previo pago de salarios y gastos operativos, se\u00f1al\u00f3&nbsp;<em>Reforma.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El 19 de julio pasado, seg\u00fan el diario, un juez federal concedi\u00f3 a Interjet una suspensi\u00f3n provisional contra la designaci\u00f3n de una interventora, siempre y cuando constituyera en favor del SAT una garant\u00eda equivalente al 10% de sus ingresos mensuales. La empresa lo consider\u00f3 \u201cincosteable\u201d, por lo que impugn\u00f3 el fallo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Este lunes, en un comunicado, respecto al adeudo fiscal, Interjet&nbsp; se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201ccomo otras empresas com\u00fanmente lo han hecho, solicit\u00f3 un amparo el d\u00eda 10 de julio del a\u00f1o en curso, para que se declare la inconstitucionalidad del cobro y pidi\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n de la medida. El d\u00eda de hoy, el Poder Judicial le otorg\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n definitiva\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Interjet agreg\u00f3 que \u201cest\u00e1 aclarando diferencias de impuestos que considera err\u00f3neas y por eso las est\u00e1 impugnando\u201d.
